MarchingWiki Help - User Portal
What is it?
When you register an account with MarchingWiki, you gain a great set of features which aren't available to non-registered users in the form of a User Portal. Read below for information on each specific feature.

Watched List/Watched Items
If you visit certain pages quite often or if you want to keep tabs on your favorite pages, the Watched List is an easy way to do so. You can add a page to your watched list by clicking the "Watch" link on page's top menu when you are logged in. When you do this, the page will instantly be added to your watch list. Once there, you can visit the Watched List tab in your User Portal to see the last time an edit was made to that page and all your other watched pages. You can manage your Watched List using the Watched Items tab.

Submit News
MarchingWiki displays the most relevant news items from around the marching arts community on its front page. If you know of a specific news item that is worthy of front page attention, submit it using this tab in your User Portal. All news submissions will be reviewed upon submission, and those that are deemed relevant, broad in scope, and with valid links will be posted and credited to the user.

Contributions
If you made edits on MarchingWiki, visit the Contributions tab in your User Portal to view all your past activity. Each edit in one of the three major categories (groups, competitions, and articles) has a specific edit id associated with it and credited to a specific user. Please keep in mind that the number of contributions showing in this tab may not match the number of total edits displayed in your User Stats box. This normally happens when you revert a group's competition results from the history page (explained in the Editing section) because MarchingWiki displays each competition affected in the Contributions tab, but only counts it as one edit.
